1. For wettable resin or pigment, choose BT-838S, BT-840 or BT-860 and add directly to accomplish in-situ incorporation

3)Polar activator (10 min)

5)Pigment (disperse)

6)Dilute

2. For non-wettable resin, addition sequence is as follows:

1)Solvent and mixed solvent

2)BT organobentonite powder (mix for 10 min)

3)Polar activator (mix for 5-10 min)

4)Resin (mix)

5)Surfactant

6)Pigment (disperse)

7)Dilute

This method is suitable when there is large amount of solvent for use when while molding.
